Washing & Drying Instructions
WASH
Wash your Alpaca Socks inside out on a Warm or Cold Cycle.
We recommend using a Gentle Detergent + to not use Fabric Softener.
If out in the wild, soak in water with a gentle all purpose soap with limited agitation. Just water is OK if that's what you have!
DRY
Machine Dry on Warm or Cool Cycle or Lay Flat to Dry.
If out in the wild adventuring, gently ring out excess water and lay flat to dry.
Do not Iron or Dry Clean
How fast is Shipping?
We ship as soon as possible (95% of the time within 1 business day).
You will receive an email with the tracking information once the package is on the way.
Sometimes these automated emails will end up in your Promotions or
Spam folder so be sure to check in there if by chance you haven't
received the tracking info email in your inbox.
We ship both USPS and UPS depending on your location, order size, and service level chosen at checkout.
Estimated Transit Times For U.S. Domestic Orders:
Standard: 4 to 7 Days
Expedited: 2 to 3 Days
Once your package is on the way and in possession of the carrier, we
are not responsible for potential delays. If by chance your tracking
page stops updating for several days - please reach out to the carrier
with your tracking information.

Where are your products made?
Our All Day Alpaca Crew Socks are Knit in the USA, at a North Carolina hosiery mill that opened in the late 1800s!
The Alpaca Yarn is spun in Peru, utilizing the most advanced spinning technology on the planet.
Once knit, the socks are finished, inspected, labeled, and shipped by us right here in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Where are you located?
We are located in Fall River, Massachusetts. Once considered the textile capitol of the world during the early 1900s, we are part of a small and growing group of textile businesses in the area working to put our city back on the map.
Do you offer Wholesale?
